As a Transfer Pricing Advisor you will support projects for the various segments in which the JDN Group operates: dredging and marine works, civil and environmental and offshore works.
You will be responsible for implementing an appropriate transfer pricing set-up based on a thorough knowledge of both the Jan De Nul standards and the internal legislation and requirements of various local project countries.
From the start of a project you will be responsible for respecting the arm's length principle in all intercompany transactions as well as the related intercompany contracts.
During the execution of projects you will coordinate transfer pricing returns and documentation. These files are centralized and you will provide an overview per country.
You will assist in tax inspections and audits in such a way that correct and well-founded answers are provided to control authorities.
You work from the office in Luxembourg and are willing to relocate for shorter periods to our projects worldwide.
You have a Master’s degree in Commercial Engineering, Applied Economic Sciences or Commercial Sciences with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a financial environment.
You are able to communicate fluently in English, knowledge of Spanish is considered a plus. You are willing to make short trips abroad. You are good with numbers and you like to work accurately.
