As an insurance account administrator, you are part of our insurance service. This department provides advice and follows up files for our civil engineering, dredging, and offshore works for both national and international projects.

You administer international site files for various insurance-related items (e.g. civil liability operations, insurance of the maritime fleet, vehicles, ABR, etc.). You are responsible for both policy management and following up claims. You handle all the administration for the relevant files from A to Z.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Asking for price quotations from various brokers and/or insurers.
• Integrating price quotations into an internal report for the insurance department legal adviser and/or the head of the insurance department.
• Taking out the required insurance to guarantee cover when works are awarded.
• Handling the necessary administration for insurance files (filing, drafting letters, etc.).
• In the event of a claim which is covered by an insurance policy, collecting all the information and making a report for the insurance company.
• Following up the claim administration independently.

In this position you report to the head of the insurance department.
