As cost controller you are responsible for the analytical cost monitoring and budget control of the projects assigned to you within civil and environmental works. You draw up reports in order to safeguard the financial and operational objectives of the sites.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
You report to the controlling manager of civil & environmental works and work together closely with your fellow cost controllers, site managers, and the management.
You have a master’s degree in an economic subject (applied economics, business engineering, or business management) or a bachelor’s degree in accountancy with several years of experience in cost management processes. You have first relevant work experience (between 3 and 10 years) in cost controlling plus a sound knowledge of book-keeping and cost calculation. You are analytical and communicate clearly and systematically. You work accurately and purposefully. You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, French, and English.
You work on our civil sites spread over Belgium, with your base location in our offices at Hofstade/Alost.
